These last 12 months have been so difficult for us all, and it’s so important for us to acknowledge and understand that it is okay for us to have “bad days”. We must normalise it, speak about it, and reach out to family and friends.
I am sure we all know of someone, who has found things tough at some point. We encourage you all to mind yourselves and others.
There will be valuable experience and information shared next week in the different events, so please attend what you can. You never know how this information might help you, or someone you know.
