Landlord Registration Terms & Conditions
1. Service Provision
Each year, ATUSSU provides a voluntary accommodation advertising service for registered landlords. This service allows landlords to advertise their available student accommodation via the ATUSSU website (www.atussu.ie).
ATUSSU is not an estate agency. While we aim to support both students and landlords, we are not responsible for the following:
- Rent arrears
- Property damage
- Anti-social behaviour
- Mediation of disputes
All financial and legal arrangements are directly between the landlord and their tenants.
2. Advertisement Listings
- All submitted information is published online via the ATUSSU accommodation webpage.
- Name and contact number are mandatory fields for registration and display.
- Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. Information will be uploaded exactly as received.
- Photos of the bedroom must be included in the advertisement, additional photos of the living space, bathrooms etc. are not mandatory but encouraged.
- One complimentary revision is permitted; further revisions incur a fee of €10 each.
3. Registration Period & Listing Duration
- Registration is valid from 1st July 2025 to 1st April 2026.
- Listings remain live for 28 days.
- Landlords may re-list properties via www.atussu.ie once a listing expires.

Therefore, we are unable to advertise properties intended for a specific cohort of students. While we understand and appreciate your intention to support a particular group, our policy is designed to ensure that every student has equal access to advertised housing options.
10. Disclaimer
ATUSSU and its representatives accept no liability for any damages, disputes, losses, or service interruptions associated with the use of the accommodation listing service. We make no guarantees regarding the suitability, accuracy, or continuous availability of listings or website performance. It is the sole responsibility of landlords and tenants to ensure the accommodation agreement meets their requirements and legal obligations.
